Join us for this brand new LOW IMPACT FITNESS class at A Step to Gold International Ballroom!
This class is an amazing full-body, cardio workout that will exercise you from head to toe! Take flight, and experience a workout that’s so fun, it doesn’t seem like exercise! Yet, you reap all the benefits of strengthening and toning your whole body.
Class is limited to 10 students, and each student gets their own hip harness for the duration of the lesson. The bungee cord is attached to the back of the harness so you can move and bounce freely. The bungees will assist you in dance and exercise movements, but provide you with resistance for strengthening and sculpting the muscles.
We highly recommend wearing form-fitting pants. Bring some water and a towel if you desire. Be prepared to sweat! Please come with yoga/barre socks or sneakers for class. This will help you find the grip you need to feel comfortable on the bungee.
