It’s a bird! it’s a plane! It’s… full-grown adults having the time of their lives on bungee cords!

Who says gravity is limiting? Spend your afternoon or evening with Melanie, Antoinette and Mindy and jump, invert, dance, bounce, leap, orbit, spin and fly like you are on the moon!

In Bungee Swing class you wear a climbing harness attached to bungees which are attached to the ceiling. The bungees give you levity and buoyancy as if dancing in the lower gravity of the moon. The endless possibilities allow you to move solo or in contact improvisation.
At this moment in time, our bungees allow weights up to 300 pounds.

While we’re all about hip-hop, yoga and fitness here in the Unites States, our friends in Asia are literally flying high thanks to their latest workout craze. Thailand’s Stories to Tales Theater offers a bungee dance workout that involves putting on a harness and trying your hand at floor dives, wall climbs, and just generally gliding through the room like you’re in an elementary-school rendition of Peter Pan — all in the name of burning calories and building muscle.

Luckily, you won’t have to catch the next flight to Asia if you want to take a bungee dance class! We offer classes all week long in different levels.
We are also looking to present choreographed routines throughout 2018.
